SHIPPING
The VIA DELLA PAGLIA website offers its customers the following shipping methods:
- Free for Italy and Europe / Standard shipping 4-6 days;
- €10.00 for Italy and Europe / Express shipping 2-3 days;
- €20.00 for non-EU countries.
Any customs fees will be charged to the customer.
PAYMENT METHODS
The following payment methods are accepted:

- Paypal
It is not possible to use multiple payment methods for the same order.
RETURNS
The client can exercise the right to return within 28 days from receipt of an order. To return an item, simply visit the RETURNS page and fill out the appropriate form. Exchanges are only possible with a different size or different colour of the same item, if available. Shipping costs will be borne by VIA DELLA PAGLIA, following the indicated procedure.
